Apparently we're in full vacation mode, because we slept until noon today. The plan for today was to visit Venice Beach and the Griffith Observatory. Tourist mode: Initiated. Honestly, today isn't really a day full of stories, so I don't have much to say. I was so drowsy the entirety of today that I really didn't document things as much as I should have. I did take some photos though and will leave you with some quick impressions of the places I visited.
Venice Beach: Overrated. Lots of interesting people. Cool place to spent $15 on a shirt with pot leaves on it. Here's a photo of some rocks on the beach.
Griffith Observatory: So amazingly cool. I'm a huge space geek so seeing all of the exhibits was hands down the best part of my day. Everyone goes here for the views, which are amazing, but the museum itself is just incredible.
